Freedom of movement, mobility right or the right to travelled is a human right concept that the constitutions of numerous states respect. As expressed in article 13 of the Universal
Declaration of Human Rights, it asserts that:
·
A citizen of a state in which that citizen is present has
the liberty to travel, reside in, and/or work in any part of the state where
one pleases within the limits of respect for the liberty and rights of others.
·
And that a citizen also has the right to leave any country,
including his own, and to return to his country at any time.
This right doesn´t accomplish in all countries, there are
countries where this right tends to be limited, because it is a right that nor
States nor population have just assumed, and neither it regulated by internal
rules. For example, USA. It allows free movement depending on the type of job
you are going to make.
It also restricts as penal
crime who has committed the person requested to enter the country.

Article 23.

1. Everyone has the
right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions
of work and to protection against unemployment.
·
2. Everyone, without
any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.
·
3. Everyone who works
has the right to just and favourable remuneration ensuring for himself and his
family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by
other means of social protection.
·
4. Everyone has the

The right to work is
beyond the right to have a job and the obligation to guarantee full employment.
Include, at least, access to employment without discrimination, freedom of
choice of employment and a support structure that facilitates access to
employment, including adequate training.
All countries don´t
accomplish this right, for example, in the countries that make forced labor. There
are also countries where women are discriminated in the workplace, they don´t work
on equal terms with men.
